How to Register for NiCOMS and Receive Online Medication Counseling

Registration and booking
- Open the NiCOMS app or web version and create a Japan Pharmacy account.
- Enter your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and other requested details.
- Select the Japan Pharmacy branch specified by AURELIA ONLINE, then reserve an online medication-counseling time.
Video counseling
- Join from the app notification or reservation screen a few minutes before the appointment.
- Allow camera and microphone access and speak with the pharmacist about dose, injection technique, storage, adverse effects, and other medicines.
Payment and receiving medicine
- The AURELIA ONLINE consultation fee and the pharmacy medication charge are paid separately.
- After counseling, pay the pharmacy charges and follow the pharmacy's instructions for delivery or in-store pickup.
- Hotel delivery depends on the pharmacy and whether the hotel can accept medicines or refrigerated parcels.
